We’ve read the app store reviews for this app, and they indicate the developer may not offer frequent, timely updates when new coins are released.

Needs only 1 crucial feature, which is to have a “cumulative portfolio” that displays ones total token holdings across all portfolios. If this feature is added this app crushes Blockfolio.”

1/5 Stars: Creator doesn’t care. “The creator of this app, whoever he is, constantly disappears for months on end. Especially in a bear market. He won’t add new coins. He doesn’t respond to support requests. He just literally doesn’t give a crap and walks away.
Have sent multiple emails, multiple tweets, and the guy doesn’t respond. I’m sure when bitcoin goes to $20,000 again, he’ll start paying attention to his own app. But in the meantime the thing crashes every time I open it now, and he can’t be bothered. Yet he wants $6.95 a month from us for the paid version? He’s the reason I’ve never paid.”

Coin Stats is a free app, but offers robust features on the paid subscription plan. The biggest downside to the free app is that all portfolios are limited to max $5,000 value. The paid subscription removed this limit, but starts at $4.99/month.

5/5 Stars: My experience with Coinstats “I downloaded Coinstats after my son used it to show me the stats on a coin he was holding. He is currently home for a few weeks from his job as a security contractor working in Iraq through the State Department where several of his co-workers who are successfully making big money trading crypto currency’s are using this app. My son has been very successful so far and I, having just recently started learning how to trade, have also made money.
The app appears to be very robust, the colors and contrasts chosen make it very easy on the eyes to read, it is simply and intuitively laid out with more features than what are currently useful to me as I am still a novice at this game and still learning how to trade.
As I am slowly becoming more familiar with the elements of technical analysis (which can be daunting but remain helpful if not altogether necessary in this field) the app has become more valuable to me.
I would recommend using Coinstats to anyone who has any level of experience in the cryptocurrency markets.
It seems to me the more experienced one gets at trading crypto’s, the more valuable a resource Coinstats would become.”
